About: Welcome

Meet Ilayda!

My name is Ilayda and I am a IBCLC Lactation Consultant. I help parents who are experiencing any feeding issues. I provide individualised, evidence-based & holistic feeding support. I am here to help you meet your individual needs & goals. I hold a safe space for you to feel listened to without judgement.

I am highly experienced having worked with hundreds of families, delivering support in a range of settings. I also work on the National Breastfeeding Helpline.

I am so passionate about what I do as there are many barriers for parents when it comes to finding skilled feeding support. Every situation is so different, there is no one size fits all approach, so many factors play a role in each situation. I am here to help you put all of the pieces together.

I currently run the antenatal breastfeeding & introducing solids workshops. You can also find me at the weekly social group if you have any feeding related questions!

A little bit more about me, I am a mum of 2, I enjoy mindfulness & I am a baby massage teacher.

Meet Laura!

My name's Laura & I am a Babywearing Consultant! I am also a breastfeeding peer supporter & have a passion for eco parenting with a fairly good knowledge of cloth nappies/wipes etc, but my main passion is definitely slings

I have been babywearing for nearly 5 years now, & found it an absolute lifesaver as a parent, particularly when my son was small. Babywearing is not just for hikes, but for everyday use to keep your baby close & happy.

Slings & carriers really are like jeans though - what fits one person doesn't fit everyone, so it's always best to try before you buy! Thankfully, we are slowly growing a collection for you to try at social group, either with your own baby or our lovely demo dolls, with qualified support on hand.

I currently run the newborn & older baby babywearing workshops, you can also find me at the weekly social group if you need any extra support.

Meet Sophie!

My name is Sophie and I am a breastfeeding peer supporter. I have a passion for all things feeding and really want to help others to have successful and stress free experiences with their little ones.

While I was pregnant and when my two children were young, there were many groups to go and vent about the tricky nights and problems I had and it really helped. I’m so grateful to all the other mums who listened and gave advice in the early days, I don’t know what I would have done without them!

I’m here to be a listening ear and be a friendly face to chat to… and make you a brew!

I’m now trained in Hypnobirthing something I feel really passionate about with my background in Psychology. The course has helped to develop methods to share with you on how to prepare for birth and use the tools to experience birth in a positive way.
